Order Processing
Art Prints: As soon as your order is in, I will pass the details to my fulfilment partner, who will begin production. Delivery typically takes between 6–10 business days from the start of production. You’ll receive a confirmation email straight after your order is submitted, so you’ll know it’s underway.
Digital Products: Purchased directly from my website, you will receive an email with a download link immediately after your payment goes through. There are no delivery fees for digital products.
Delivery
Once your order’s been placed, here’s what to expect for delivery:
Art Prints: Art prints are usually delivered within 6–10 business days after your order is processed.
Digital Products: Delivered instantly via an email download link.
Tracking
Art Prints: As soon as your order is shipped, my fulfilment partner will send you a tracking link directly via Shippy Pro, making it easy for you to track your delivery.
Shipping Carriers: Royal Mail is used for shipping and all Art Print orders are fully tracked, so you’ll always know where your parcel is.
Packaging and Delivery Costs
Art Print Orders: Art prints have complimentary delivery.
Digital Products: There are no packaging or delivery costs for digital products they are delivered straight to your inbox.
International Orders ~ Spoonflower & Creative Market
I understand that many of my international customers prefer the ease and familiarity of trusted global platforms, which is why selected designs are available through Spoonflower and Creative Market.
For Fabrics & Wallpaper via Spoonflower: If you’re buying my designs on fabric or wallpaper through Spoonflower, their shipping and delivery policies will apply. Spoonflower has fulfilment centres in both the United States and Germany, which helps to make international shipping times and costs more efficient. Please refer to Spoonflower’s official shipping information on their website for all the details regarding processing times, shipping options, estimated delivery times and any potential customs duties or taxes for your region.
For Digital Design Assets via Creative Market: For my digital design assets available on Creative Market, these products are delivered instantly via digital download after purchase. As they’re digital files, there are no shipping costs or physical delivery involved. Creative Market handles the download process directly.
Important Notes
While I always aim to meet estimated delivery times, actual dates can vary due to factors beyond my control e.g., customs delays, unforeseen courier issues, bank holidays. This means that delivery dates can’t be guaranteed but I will do everything I can to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Customs and Import Taxes: For international physical orders, please be aware that you might be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply upon arrival in your country. I’m not responsible for any costs or delays due to customs.
