Licence Information

When you purchase a digital product from May Annella you are acquiring a licence to use my creative work, not outright ownership of the file itself. While you gain extensive rights to use the product in your projects, the copyright and all intellectual property rights always remain with Kirsty Lloyd, trading as May Annella.

All licences are non exclusive and non transferable.

Important Usage Terms Applying to All Licences

These terms apply regardless of which licence you purchase:

• No resale or redistribution: you may not sell, share or give away the digital product file itself. It must always be incorporated into a new, original end product
• No claim of authorship: you may not claim the product as your own original work
• No competing products : you may not use the product to create items that directly compete with my original digital products

Licence Types

Personal Licence Perfect for your own creative, non commercial projects and personal enjoyment. You cannot use this licence to create items for sale or for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Commercial Licence Ideal for small businesses creating up to 5,000 end products for sale. The digital product must be a supporting design element within a new, integrated design and not the primary feature of the end product.

Extended Commercial Licence Designed for larger projects with unlimited sales volume. Under this licence the digital product may be a key selling feature of the end product.

The licence type you select at purchase determines your permitted use. Using my digital products beyond the scope of your purchased licence is a breach of my Terms and Conditions and an infringement of my intellectual property rights.

Please check the following requirements carefully before purchasing to ensure full compatibility with your setup.

Software Compatibility

This digital palette is designed to work with the following applications:

• Affinity Designer (Version 1.10.8 or later)
• Affinity Photo (Version 1.10.8 or later)
• Affinity Publisher (Version 1.10.8 or later)

What You Will Receive

Your download is a zip file of approximately 307 KB containing:

• Your digital palette as an .afpalette file (approximately 4 KB), specifically created for the Affinity Suite
• A PDF swatch card showing all hex codes and RGB values, viewable on any device
• Simple installation instructions to get you started quickly

System Requirements

To use your palette smoothly you will need:

• Operating System: macOS (latest version recommended for optimal Affinity app performance) or iPadOS
• Device: a Mac computer or iPad capable of running Affinity software
• Storage: approximately 1 MB of free space for the downloaded zip file
• Internet connection: required to download your product

Important Compatibility Note

The .afpalette file is specifically designed for the Affinity apps and versions listed above. While the PDF swatch card contains hex codes and RGB values that can be used in any software, I am unable to guarantee that the .afpalette file will import directly or function fully in other design applications.

If you use software other than the Affinity Suite I recommend purchasing for the PDF swatch card values, which are universally compatible.

How to Install Your Palette

Getting set up takes just a few steps:

1. Download and unzip your file
2. Open your Affinity application
3. Go to the Swatches panel
4. Click the panel menu (the small hamburger icon in the top right)
5. Select Import Palettes
6. Navigate to and select your .afpalette file
7. Your new colours will appear immediately and be ready to use

Download Information

• Your download link is valid for one download only, please save your file immediately to a secure location
• Your download link remains active for 30 days from the date of purchase
• If your link expires before you download please contact me at Kirsty@mayannella.com

Delivery and Returns

Receiving Your Digital Product

Your digital product is available for immediate download right after purchase. Once your payment is confirmed you will receive an instant download link via email. You can also access your purchased digital products at any time by logging into your account on my website.

Download Information

• Each download link is valid for one download only, please save your file immediately to a secure location on your device
• Your download link remains active for 30 days from the date of purchase, please download your file within this timeframe
• Digital products purchased directly from my website are available for download within the UK. If you are purchasing from outside the UK please visit my Creative Market shop to complete your purchase there

Returns and Refunds

Due to the instant nature of digital downloads all sales are final and non refundable once download access has been provided. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that your 14 day right to cancel is waived once your download is accessed, in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain fully intact. If your digital product is faulty, not as described or fails to download correctly please contact me at Kirsty@mayannella.com and I will resolve the issue promptly.
