Software Compatibility:

Your digital palette works perfectly with these software applications:

  • Affinity Designer (Version 1.10.8)
  • Affinity Photo (Version 1.10.8)
  • Affinity Publisher (Version 1.10.8)

What You’ll Get & Important Notes:

When you download your palette, you’ll receive a zip file that’s about 307 KB. Inside, you’ll find:

  • Your digital palette as an .af file, around 4 KB, specifically made for Affinity Suite (Designer, Photo, Publisher).
  • A PDF swatch card with all the hex codes, RGB colours for easy checking on any device.
  • Simple instructions to help you get started.

Please Note: 

The .af file is designed for the Affinity apps and versions listed above. While the PDF has the hex codes you can use anywhere, I can’t promise the .af file will work fully or import directly into other software programs.

What You’ll Need:

To use your palette smoothly, you’ll need:

  • Operating System: Works with macOS (latest version recommended for Affinity apps).
  • Device: A computer or iPad that can run the Affinity software.
  • Storage Space: About 1 MB of free space for the downloaded zip file.
  • Internet Connection: You’ll need the internet to download your product.

How to Install:  

Getting your palette set up is easy! After you download it, just open your Affinity app. Go to the “Swatches” panel, click the menu (often a small “hamburger” icon), choose “Import Palettes” and pick your .afpalette file. Your new colours will be ready to use right away.

  • How to Access: Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an instant download link directly on your order confirmation page on my website. I’ll also send an email confirmation with the download link to the address you provided at checkout. You can also access your purchased digital product anytime by logging into your customer account on my website.
  • Download Limits: For security and to protect your purchase, each digital product download link is valid for one download only. Please ensure you download and save your file immediately to a secure location on your device.
  • Access Duration: Your download link will remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the link will expire, so please download your digital product within this timeframe.
  • UK Only Downloads: Digital products purchased directly from my website are exclusively available for download within mainland UK. If you’re purchasing from outside mainland UK, please visit my official Creative Market shop to complete your purchase and download your product there.

My Refund Policy:

Please read my refund policy carefully,  due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non refundable once accessed or downloaded. By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to waive your right to cancel your order. This policy applies to cancellations based on a change of mind.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which include the right to a repair or replacement if the digital content is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, remain unaffected.
