Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
- Full payment is required at the time of order.
- I accept payments via PayPal and Stripe, credit/debit cards.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or customs fees for international orders.
- I reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock availability and will issue a full refund in such cases.

Order Fulfilment and Delivery
- My physical products (fabrics and art prints) are custom made to order by my fulfilment partners.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary. I am not liable for delays or errors caused by delivery carriers or fulfilment partners but I will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any issues.
- Specific delivery costs and delivery times are outlined in my separate Delivery & Refund & Returns page. Complimentary UK delivery is offered on fabric and art prints unless otherwise stated.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Fabric & Art Prints: As these are custom made, I cannot accept returns, offer refunds or process cancellations unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- Digital Downloads: All sales are final. Due to their nature, digital creations are non refundable once the download has been initiated. By purchasing, you acknowledge this and waive your right to cancel the purchase.
- Faulty or Damaged Goods: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact me at Kirsty@mayannella.com within 14 days of delivery. All returns for damaged or faulty fabric goods should be sent to: Prinfab Unit E, Upper Brents, Faversham, ME13 7DZ, United Kingdom. I will work with my fulfilment partners to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Product Specific Disclaimers

Samples: I strongly recommend ordering a fabric swatch to confirm colour and texture before placing a larger order.
Colour Consistency: Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the final printed product or between different print batches. To ensure colour consistency for larger projects, please order all required quantities at once.
Use of Fabric: I am not liable for how fabrics are used after purchase.

Intellectual Property and Licensing

All artwork, designs, and content on this Website are the intellectual property of May Annella / Kirsty Lloyd and are protected by copyright law.

Personal Use Licence: This is a non transferable, non exclusive license for personal, non commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from using products purchased with this license to create items for sale or for any other commercial purpose.
Commercial Use Licence: This is a non exclusive license for small businesses, allowing for the creation of a limited number of end products for sale (up to 5,000 units). The product must be a supporting design element within a new, integrated design and cannot be the primary value of the end product.
Extended Commercial Licence: This is a non exclusive license designed for larger projects and provides for a higher volume of sales (e.g., unlimited sales). Under this license, the digital product may be a key selling feature of the end product.

This Website includes a blog for informational and entertainment purposes. While I strive for accuracy, the content is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. I am not liable for any actions you take based on the information provided on the blog.
